Kitchen Support Staff

Kitchen Support Staff : The Kitchen Support Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dish room and supporting other kitchen tasks as needed. The primary duties include washing dishes, pots, and pans and returning them to their proper assigned places in a clean, organized, and timely manner. The Kitchen Support Staff will also support the preparation of meals under the direction of the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager.

• Sat 9:00 am - 7:00 pm Benefits: PTO/Sick Time accrual from first day Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Retirement Plan with company match Company Funded Life Insurance Free Meals on shift Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr and increases based on experience Responsibilities: Washing all service ware, pots and pans, etc. Stores and organizes all dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, and other equipment Keeps dish room and all work areas and equipment clean and sanitary Keeps dish room floor and floor drains clean Empties trash, recycling, and compost Performs other cleaning related duties as directed Performs serving duties as directed by the Executive Chef Performs meal prep duties as directed by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs Qualifications: Experience working in a kitchen environment preferred Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extend periods of time Ability to work with variously chemicals associated with cleaning and sanitizing *Cooper.
