Production Associate

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Production Associate. The successful candidate will be organized, self-motivated, have time management skills, be a team player, and have good communication skills. The role will include but is not limited to, improving performance and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities: Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications. Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company. Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook.

Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge. Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills: A minimum years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. A solid understanding of production and organizational methods. Previous experience with hand tools, tape measures, and drills. Fine-tuned communication skills. Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process.

High School Diploma or GED, desired. Work Environment: The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur.
