ELKHART COUNTY GOVERNMENTAL POSITION VACANCY NOTICE DEPUTY I- PROPERTY ANALYST DEPARTMENT: Elkhart County Assessor's Office HIRING RANGE: $23.46-$26.06/hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High school graduate or equivalent; two years of higher education and/or assessing experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Possession of or ability to obtain Level I certification within one year of hire date
• Strong communication, organization, computer and public service skills
• Ability to learn, adapt and apply assessment laws and procedures through office and field duties
• Ability to work alone or with others in a team environment
