Community Operations Specialist

The Community Operations Specialist will work closely Operations, Products, and Sales teams as well as Risk. Stream Leadership to form a general strategy for community engagement and customer-facing operations. While the technical operations team focuses on operational elements related to technology itself, community operations focuses on industry engagement; ensuring member and non-member insurance organizations remain engaged with various Risk.

Stream offerings, leading to improved consortium participation and retention. The role will involve program and project management across areas of business development, member-led governance, finance and budgets, contracts and events. The role will include working as a liaison between business units to align on community engagement initiatives.
