Deputy Director - Young Risk Professionals

The Deputy Director serves as the staff leader for YRP, responsible for translating the organization’s mission and strategy into execution across membership, programs, operations, and enterprise coordination. It combines strategic leadership with hands-on management in a lean, start-up environment and is designed for a growing membership-based organization serving young professionals in risk management and insurance.  YRP focuses on three main pillars: Networking, Mentoring, and Education.

This role acts as a staff liaison to the executive leadership council and shared-services partners, leads planning and implementation of member programs and experiences, manages the organization’s budget, and helps build the systems, partnerships, and infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.
