Reports To: Floor Manager/FOH General Manager Responsibilities: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant. Manage reservations using our reservation system. Ensuring accurate and timely seating of reservations and walk-in guests. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to manage table assignments and wait times.

Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries about the restaurant, reservations, and special events. Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station and entrance area. Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible. Monitor the dining area to ensure a pleasant and efficient guest experience. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and tact, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up or breaking down the host/hostess station. Take accurate food and drink phone orders and enter them into the POS system. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Availability to work flexible hours Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability required.
