Workforce Outcomes Collection Specialist

Position Summary

The WFD Outcome Collection Specialist coaches’ youth participants to empower them to achieve at their highest potential to secure employment and begin a career in a defined employment sector. The WFD Outcome Collection Specialist is tasked with the career and education coaching aspect of participants that are enrolled in Workforce Sector Based programs and services. This position also provides data and systems management for participant outcome tracking. This person will report to and work closely with the WFD Director of Employer Engagement Career Exploration and Workforce team to increase and diversify placement opportunities for all the workforce development programs serving young adults ages 16-24 and working age 18+.
