Marketing Events Specialist

Own the global Go-to-Market events calendar, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment with business priorities, product launches and campaign objectives. Build and manage event project plans, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring milestones, budgets and deliverables are achieved on time. Manage event budgets, purchase orders and supplier relationships, ensuring effective delivery and measurable return on investment.

Partner with Product Managers, Sector Insight Leads and technical experts to develop engaging demonstrations and exhibition experiences that highlight key products, technologies, and solutions. Lead speaker identification and management, coordinating internal experts, customers, partners and third-party presenters. Coordinate the development of event and campaign assets, including presentations, landing pages, email campaigns, exhibitor materials and promotional content.

Work closely with digital and campaign teams to enable effective lead capture, nurture and follow-up activities. Support Regional Marketing teams in planning and delivering exhibitions that meet global brand, messaging, and operational standards. Coordinate event logistics and communications, working with contractors, stand builders, suppliers, speakers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Measure and report on event and campaign performance, including attendance, engagement, lead quality, pipeline influence, and key learnings, using insights to improve future activity. Research emerging event formats, technologies, and engagement approaches, evaluating opportunities to introduce digital, virtual or hybrid experiences that enhance the customer journey.

Support the planning and delivery of integrated GTM campaigns, collaborating with the wider marketing team to deliver coordinated marketing activity.
