Experience in Capacity calculations, Tracking Plan / Actual, Maintaining Subcontractor delivery ratings, Inventory management. Achieving OTD as per the plan. Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Job Description: Ensuring the machine planning Circulating day/week/month wise plan Ensuring the material movement to respect subcontract process Ensuring the subcontractor quality products Ensuring the OTD, T+3 Adherance & Plan vs Actual Ensuring capacity calculation Ensuring the in-house machine and assembly planning Follow up with the sub-contractor process Inventory control Raising STN’s online process Bringing back rejections from sub-contractor MRIRB on time closing Ensuring the sub-contractor cost Making postings of finished goods Making dc’s to respective sub-contractor processes Knowledge of SAP, Engineering, drawing reading, Process knowledge.

Coordination with customers, marketing, FG, Quality and Materials team. Coordination for completion of Proto in time (New product). Hard working, Easy to learn, Flexibility must require. Reporting: This position is reported to Dept Head. Work Location: Hindupur
