International Relationship Manager

Managing a portfolio of international corporate clients is demanding work - and it matters. In Global Subsidiaries Finland, you will work at the center of cross-border business relationships, connecting clients with the right colleagues and solutions at the right time. This role offers real responsibility, close access to senior bankers, and genuine room to grow.

What you will be doing You will join an experienced and supportive team based in Helsinki, focused on serving international Business Customer and Large Corporate and Institutional clients across Finland. The team works in a collaborative and straightforward manner, drawing on specialists in financing, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and FX to deliver for clients.

You will manage your own client portfolio with a good degree of autonomy, while staying well connected to senior bankers and product specialists across the bank. More specifically, you will: Manage and grow a portfolio of international BC and LC&I clients Anticipate client needs, spot business opportunities, and address risks early Collaborate with senior bankers and specialists across financing, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and FX Guide client matters from the initial discussion through to execution and follow-up Acquire new clients and contribute to the growth of the business About you At least few years of experience in corporate banking, finance, or a relevant advisory role Strong integrity and sound judgement, particularly when decisions are not straightforward Good understanding of credit and a genuine interest in international business A proactive work approach and ability to keep multiple client matters moving forward Comfortable using AI tools as part of day-to-day work Fluent in Finnish and English; knowledge of another Nordic language is an advantage What we offer you You will become part of an experienced and supportive team based at our Finnish headquarters in Pasila, Helsinki, where collaboration and being open are the norm.

The role follows a hybrid working model, with three to four days per week in the office.
