Key Responsibilities

Review and audit invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify invoice details, including prices, quantities, calculations, and supporting documents. Identify discrepancies, errors, duplicate invoices, and inconsistencies. Ensure invoices comply with agreed terms, company policies, and established procedures. Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of audited invoices and document any identified issues. Prepare audit reports and highlight recurring errors or areas for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Previous experience in invoice auditing, accounts payable, accounting, or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good numerical and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
