Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information and assist customers with their questions and concerns. Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective solutions. Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs and resolve escalated cases. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
