We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Steward who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and supporting a talented culinary team. In this role, you will help keep our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring dishes, equipment, and workspaces are clean and ready for service. Position Details Location: Café 52 at Stag Lodge | Park City, UT Pay: $22-24/hour (depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (November – Early April) Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, must also be able to work holidays and weekends Start Date: 11/5/2026 Application Deadline: 11/1/2026. or until filled What You'll Do Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.

Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, promptly reporting any issues or malfunctions to management. Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas, including floors, walls, shelving, and trash disposal areas. Ensure handwashing stations are properly stocked with soap, paper towels, and other necessary supplies. Perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks, including cleaning kitchen equipment, drains, ovens, grills, and walk-in coolers.

Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with established safety procedures. Communicate with supervisors and kitchen staff to prioritize tasks and support smooth daily operations. Keep loading dock and waste disposal areas clean and organized, operating the cardboard baler and trash compactor as needed.

Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards while contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment. What You Bring Dishwashing or kitchen experience is welcome; no previous experience required. Experience maintaining a clean, organized workspace is helpful. Ability to follow sanitation procedures and work steadily during busy periods.

Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Must be able to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Comfortable working in hot and humid conditions. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
