What You'll Do

Prepare, season, and cook hot line dishes and pizzas following established recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards Complete prep work, stock assigned stations, and keep the hot line and pizza station ready for efficient service Cook items to order while maintaining food quality, proper cooking temperatures, and consistent timing Practice proper food handling, storage, labeling, and product rotation to maintain quality and reduce waste Follow all sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety requirements, including company policies and local health regulations Monitor ingredient levels, communicate replenishment needs, and work with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations and clean, organized workstations What's Hot: Marriott discounts, Winter Incentive (Epic Merchant Ski Pass or End of Season Bonus, based on start date) Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

They take pride in preparing high-quality food consistently and efficiently, with experience in grill, sauté, hot line, or pizza cooking preferred. A culinary background and understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards are valued. The right candidate is dependable, team-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high standards. Serv. Safe certification is a plus.
