Schedule Options Part-Time 15–23 billable sessions per week Requirements Minimum capacity of 15 client sessions weekly Availability for at least two evenings per week Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services Responsibilities Provide individual therapy using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches Develop treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation Collaborate with supervisors and team members Participate in supervision, consultation, and team meetings Maintain ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care Who Thrives Here Passionate about trauma-informed care Motivated to build and maintain a consistent caseload Reliable with documentation and professional responsibilities Collaborative and growth-oriented Seeking a long-term professional home Qualifications Required Connecticut LCSW, LMFT, or LPC Associate Licensed Clinicians Considered LMSW LPCA Preferred Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic, or other trauma-focused training Interest in integrative and holistic approaches to healing Compensation & Benefits Compensation Fully Licensed Clinicians: $50–$55 per clinical session Master's Level Clinicians: $40–$45 per clinical session Benefits Professional liability insurance Voluntary disability and accident insurance Professional development opportunities Healing Springs Wellness Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive, affirming, and supportive workplace for both clients and staff.
