Reiki Practitioner

Job Title: Reiki Practitioner (Contractor) Location: Plantsville, CT (In-Person) Job Type: Contract | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Overview Healing Springs Wellness Center is seeking an experienced, skilled, and compassionate Reiki Practitioner to join our integrative wellness practice. This is a contractor role for someone who values holistic healing, flexibility, and working within a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

Provide Reiki sessions tailored to the client's needs Collaborate with therapists and wellness providers for coordinated care Participate in open houses, wellness events, and workshops as needed Create a safe, welcoming, and professional client experience Schedule & Compensation Independent contractor position 60/40 revenue split Evening and weekend availability Flexible scheduling Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Reiki practice experience Reiki Master certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment Alignment with a holistic, integrative care approach Flexibility and reliability Additional Modalities Preferred Sound healing Meditation facilitation Yoga instruction Intuitive Practices Breathwork or other wellness modalities Why Join Healing Springs Collaborative, integrative team environment Opportunities to participate in workshops and community events Flexibility to build and grow your practice Salary $50 - $75 per hour
