Program Analyst

You will serve as a Program Analyst of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.

GS-11: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include:

1. Experience and knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (2) Knowledge of and experience with managing DoD budget management process (3) Knowledge of and experience with government purchase card systems and management; and (4) Knowledge of and experience with federal administrative support responsibilities. GS-09: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include:

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related GS-09: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.
