Compensation Analyst

Responsible for supporting the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs that ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role conducts job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and compensation analyses while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Benefits, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation guidance.

The position manages compensation-related projects, supports annual salary and incentive programs, maintains HR technology and reporting solutions, and delivers workforce analytics that inform strategic business decisions.
