Clinical Recruiter

Clinical Recruitment is responsible for completing clinical assessments of international Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) at the recruitment stage of the process and making professional recommendations regarding the best clinical placement for each HCP.

The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for completing clinical assessments for HCPs at the recruitment stage and make professional recommendations as to the best clinical placement match for each HCP to support an interview outcome. The Clinical Recruiter will also be responsible for creating and developing clinical based scenario questions and tools to assess HCPs fully against US standards and identify any concerns or deficiencies in their skills and experience.
