Primary Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture reviews, and technical roadmaps Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Azure cloud services Build and integrate modern data solutions leveraging Snowflake, DBT, and semantic layer architectures Remain highly hands-on, contributing to coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support Lead and mentor engineering teams, driving engineering excellence, development standards, and best practices Collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions Drive application security, vulnerability remediation, dependency management, and platform risk mitigation efforts Partner with Security, Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry standards Establish CI/CD, Dev.

Sec. Ops, observability, and operational excellence practices across the platform Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and application development Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application architectures Experience delivering data-driven solutions using Snowflake, DBT, and semantic data models Experience leading technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and development teams Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and React JS Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, API integrations, and modern engineering patterns Solid knowledge of secure software development, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments Healthcare domain expertise, including experience with regulated data environments and compliance requirements Familiarity with Dev.
