Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to recruit, develop, and lead a local team. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international headquarters. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage. Willingness and ability to travel frequently between Uganda and China.

Experience in agrochemicals, crop protection, fertilisers, coffee, maize, plantation agriculture, or smallholder farming is advantageous.
