Description : Incumbent will be responsible to manage relationship with bank partner and other customers / stakeholders for business purpose Do proper tool based need identification and consultative selling to bank customers of life insurance and investment products Key Competencies : Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with bank partners, customers, and stakeholders.

High Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and customers to drive business growth. Ability to Learn & Grow: Willingness to learn, adapt to new products and processes, and continuously develop skills to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Education

Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline — mandatory minimum qualification. No exceptions of documents permitted. Age Maximum 26 years Mobility Have two-wheeler or a four-wheeler with a valid driving license required. Local Familiarity Candidate must be aware about the location or must have stayed for certain period of time.
