Host Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL 34221 Job Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Assist the Servers in preparing for dinner or lunch service Review and confirm reservations for each service Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas Provide guests with menus Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to make conversation Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls Qualifications Previous experience as a host or in customer service preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
