Responsibilities

and Duties Perform oil and fluid changes efficiently and accurately Provide brake system services Replace filters and perform factory-recommended maintenance Complete courtesy inspections and multi-point inspections Deliver high-quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations Work collaboratively with a fast-paced, professional service team Qualifications and Skills

• Shop experience is very helpful
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Desire to learn and grow in the automotive field
• Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Pass a drug test Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and sit for extended periods. Frequent use of hands for handling tools, equipment, and controls Ability to enter, exit, and demonstrate vehicles Ability to work safety at heights and in varying weather and environmental conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform overhead work on vehicles for extended periods. Driving Requirements: Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy and insurer requirements Ability to safely operate company and customer vehicles. The Lube Technician position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation starting at $21.00.
