Key Accountabilities: Develop the annual Training & Development Plan in partnership with employees, managers, and department heads, in line with The Peninsula Paris and Group HR policies. Identify, select, and manage external training providers and facilitators. Coordinate individual training requests, including applications, documentation, and follow-up.

Monitor and implement the annual training plan and schedule training activities according to operational needs. Participate in the facilitation of onboarding sessions and other internal training programs within The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Group. Design presentations and develop training modules for managers and employees.

Lead and support the hotel's network of internal trainers. Coordinate and oversee Quality Training initiatives. General Requirements: Attentive to employees and managers needs. Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. High level of confidentiality and discretion. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Fluent in English, with daily interactions with the corporate office. Degree in Human Resources; hospitality experience preferred but not required. Proven experience in a Learning & Development Manager, Training Manager, or similar role. <div
