Human Resource Coordinator

HR Coordinator Columbus, Ohio $55,000–$60,000 Salary Full Time | In Person Our Town Studios is looking for an organized, motivated, and people focused HR Coordinator to join our growing team supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing recruiting, onboarding, employee support, compliance, and day to day HR operations in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who can keep systems organized, communicate professionally, and help create a strong experience for both employees and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain HR systems including Paycor and Advisor
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure onboarding tasks are completed
• Maintain employee files and track certifications, trainings, and compliance deadlines
• Complete background checks and onboarding paperwork
• Support internal HR reporting and audits
• Enter and track client outcome documentation
• Provide administrative support to leadership and the HR department What We’re Looking For
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative support preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
