Foreman, Bantree Reclamation Facility

Lead daily operations of the facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production. Respond promptly to equipment issues and operational needs, including availability during evenings and weekends as required. Conduct daily Pre-Job Assessment meetings to review equipment usage, safety protocols, and planned plant activities.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections, reporting any equipment defects or safety concerns in a timely manner. Maintain an ongoing inventory of critical facility parts and supply management. Ensure completion and documentation of Safety Talks, Equipment Checks, Tailgate Meetings, and Daily/Weekly Plant Maintenance tasks.

Identify, document and correct safety hazards. Maintain a clean and organized yard, tool room, pump room, ramp and stockpile areas. Oversee key process equipment (centrifuge, shakers, boiler system, pumps, etc). Supervise, coach, train and develop facility personnel while ensuring compliance with all operating procedures and safety requirements
