Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing installation crew schedules, coordinating permits, and maintaining accurate customer and project records. This position requires a highly organized, proactive team player who communicates effectively, adapts to changing priorities, and works with a sense of urgency to support efficient daily operations and exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Functions Coordinate installation crew schedules and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain required installation permits. Communicate with customers to schedule projects and services, provide updates, and address inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records, scheduling information, and project documentation.

Identify scheduling conflicts, prioritize tasks, and assist with timely resolutions. Provide administrative support to management and perform additional duties as assigned.
