Attic Insulation Sales Consultant

Experienced In-Home Sales Professionals Wanted! We provide the leads. You bring the experience. The earning potential is yours! Perma-Seal Basement Systems is looking for a proven in-home sales professional to join our growing Attic Insulation Division. If you know how to build trust, present solutions, and close deals, we want to talk to you!

No cold calling. No door knocking. Just pre-set appointments with homeowners who have requested an inspection.

What You'll Do

Run company-provided in-home appointments daily. Inspect attics and identify insulation and energy efficiency concerns. Recommend solutions, present proposals, and close sales. Build homeowner relationships and maintain accurate CRM records. Partner with Operations for a smooth project handoff.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of in-home sales experience REQUIRED (home improvement, HVAC, roofing, windows, siding, or similar). Proven ability to meet sales goals and close deals. Experience in a one-call close environment. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for an experienced closer!

Compensation

& Perks Opportunity to earn $100K–$200K+ based on performance. Pre-set, company-provided appointments. Paid training and ongoing coaching. Year-round opportunities with an established, family-owned company. Physical Requirements Ability to access attic spaces, including tight or low-clearance areas. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
