The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Implement measures to minimize waste and control operating costs while maintaining quality standards. Evaluate food products for consistency and quality, maintaining high standards in food preparation. Monitor team members' grooming, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations and SOPs, providing coaching and guidance as needed.

Conduct training sessions to develop team members' knowledge and skills. Prepare food for special orders, buffets, VIP parties, and other events as required, ensuring freshness and quality. Oversee and actively participate in delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is considered an advantage, Culinary art training 3 - 5 years within the same role and position in a luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant Previous HACCP training Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
