Brief Description Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting problems, along with maintenance and installation of hardware and software in an effort to maintain operating systems in full functioning capacity as directed by the Supervisor .

Qualifications

High School Diploma Technical degree or equivalent education/experience in computer operations. Performance Responsibilities Provide help desk support to end users by identifying problems, researching answers, and taking corrective steps to reach a resolution Device Repair Install and configure all computer systems, accessories, and LAN/WAN hardware/software Maintain log of completed tasks along with knowledge base updates Work with other technology department members and report to Manager of Information Technology All other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Information Technology Evaluation: The performance of a job will be evaluated annually by the Manager of Information Technology.

Salary Range $50,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Prescription, Dental & Enrollment in the NJ State Pension Program)
