Strong Management is seeking a highly skilled technician specializing in solar and battery (ESS) systems, responsible for advanced troubleshooting and crew leadership. TECHNICIAN 4 RESPONSIBILITIES Perform all solar service work Diagnose and repair battery (ESS) systems: Tesla Enphase Sun. Vault Franklin Lead crews on battery and advanced service jobs Resolve escalated and multi-system issues MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of solar experience OEM battery certifications (as applicable) Strong troubleshooting and leadership capability Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check) Preferred Qualifications Crew Lead for solar + battery work Roof and electrical competent Authorized for ESS work woRKing conditionS Working outdoors Driving required physical requirements Roof/ability to work at various roof pitch heights Ability to lift 50lbs.
