• Sun. Strong Management is searching for an independent service technician capable of completing standard solar service work safely and efficiently. THE TECHNICIAN 2
• RESPONSIBILITIES Perform service work independently, including: Panel swaps Inverter swaps (string + micro) Disconnect/Reconnect (D/R) Non-comms troubleshooting and resolution Complete accurate job documentation (JCOs, photos, notes) Maintain safety and professionalism on site MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1+ years of solar or relevant field experience Roof-ready and comfortable working at heights Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Works independently on standard service calls Roof competent WORKING CONDITIONS Driving required Roof work/ability to work at various roof pitch heights PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to work outdoors Ability to lift 50 lbs.
