Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end operations of the PSA Pass Centre, ensuring efficient, secure and customer-focused service delivery Drive access governance through robust policies, controls and compliance frameworks Lead digitalisation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience Use data and analytics to identify trends, improve performance and support business decisions Manage projects involving access systems, digital services and operational transformation Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver secure and practical access solutions Oversee risk management, audits and compliance activities to safeguard operational integrity Develop and inspire a high-performing team while managing vendor and service partner relationships Requirements : Degree in Business, Operations Management, Security Management, IT or a related discipline Experience leading operational teams in access control, security, customer service or similar environments Strong understanding of governance, compliance, risk management and operational controls Experience in digital transformation, process improvement or system implementation projects Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to balance security requirements with operational and customer needs Experience in maritime, logistics, transportation or critical infrastructure sectors will be an advantage *Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
