Key Responsibilities

Design and implement wellness programmes covering fitness, nutrition, mental well-being, and healthy ageing Drive employee health initiatives, campaigns, workshops, and engagement activities Analyse workforce health trends and develop strategies to improve well-being and resilience Partner with internal and external stakeholders to embed health-focused practices across the organisation Manage wellness programmes, budgets, and partnerships with agencies and service providers Requirements : A degree in any discipline Passion for workplace health, wellness, and employee well-being Experience in programme management and cross-functional collaboration Ability to translate data and insights into impactful health initiatives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills *Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
