Develop and deliver training materials, reference guides, walkthroughs, best-practices, and other enablement sessions on the effective and responsible use of AI solutions in e. Discovery. Partner with e. Discovery Project Managers, Knowledge & Innovation Attorneys, IT and external vendors on adoption strategies, use-case development and workflow design.

Excellent client service skills required, including the ability to build trust quickly, communicate clearly and professionally, respond promptly to attorney and client needs, and deliver a high-quality experience with sound judgment and attention to detail.
