Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette (PPCW) is hiring a Clinician to join our Northeast Health Center – Family Planning team. Bilingual Spanish preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply! At PPCW, the title Clinician includes Nurse Practitioners (NP), Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM), and Physician Associates (PA) . What You’ll Do As a Clinician, you’ll provide direct sexual and reproductive health care while helping patients make informed decisions about their health. On a typical day, you might: Assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients across a range of sexual and reproductive health needs Provide contraceptive counseling and management Provide STI screening, diagnosis, and treatment Perform preventive and reproductive health services and procedures within your scope of practice Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate Educate patients and support informed, patient-centered decision-making Collaborate closely with Clinic Assistants, other Clinicians, and members of the health center team Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record Provide inclusive, trauma-informed care grounded in cultural humility and health equity You’ll play an important role in ensuring patients receive high-quality, affirming care in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.
Schedule & Location This is a part-time position (22.5 hours/week) at our Northeast Health Center – Family Planning in Portland, Oregon. Monday Tuesday Wednesday 11:00am–7:00pm 9:00am–5:00pm 11:00am–7:00pm Candidates must be able to reliably work this schedule. Employees may be requested or required to occasionally work other days (including weekends), hours, and locations to meet operational needs.
Bilingual Spanish preferred. What We’re Looking For Required: Current or eligible Oregon licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, or Physician Associate Appropriate education, certification, and prescribing authority required for the applicable provider type Ability to provide patient-centered sexual and reproductive health care within the Clinician scope of practice Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with patients and multidisciplinary health care teams Commitment to providing inclusive care to patients from diverse backgrounds and communities Ability and willingness to learn PPCW clinical protocols, practices, and procedures New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience providing sexual and reproductive health care Experience in family planning, primary care, women’s health, or a related clinical setting Spanish language skills Experience with electronic health records (EHR) Pay & Growth $54.41–$79.26/hour Pay is based on experience and internal equity. Most new hires start toward the lower end of the range, with room to grow.
Additional pay opportunities: $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible Clinician new hires Bilingual premium: +$1.72/hour for qualifying bilingual skills PPCW also offers a Clinician career pathway with opportunities to advance to Clinician II and Clinician III as you develop additional experience, expertise, and responsibilities.
