Your Profile

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field; 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP HCM projects ; Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM modules : Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Talent Management (PD); Experience with SAP Success.

Factors Employee Central is a plus; Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) ; Professional experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements; Experience with data migration and validation techniques (LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); SAP certifications are a plus: SAP Certified Application Associate – Human Capital Management with SAP S/4HANA ​​​​​​​SAP Certified Application Associate – Success.
