Manager Contract & Customer Data

The Manager, Contract & Customer Data serves as the accountable owner for the integrity, quality, and governance of Contract Master and Customer Master data across MHA. This role leads contract and membership data operations, establishes governance controls and quality standards, and drives process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across MHA.

The Manager oversees contract configuration, pricing controls, member onboarding, eligibility, and roster management while partnering cross-functionally to ensure reliable data supports reporting, member access, rebates, and business operations. Additionally, this role leads a team responsible for data quality, operational execution, continuous improvement, and the adoption of standardized processes/controls.
