Job Responsibilities:** * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products and territory. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales volume and market penetration. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.

Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote products and address inquiries. * Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned area. * Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to the sales management team. * Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables in the territory.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans. * Organize and participate in medical camps, product launches, and other promotional activities. * Manage product samples, promotional materials, and other company assets effectively. * Adhere to all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field. * 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. * Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. * Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. * Fluency in English and the local regional language(s) is essential.
