Vaccination Services & Equipement Manager Africa Intertropicall

Reporting to the Poultry Business Unit Manager, you will lead and develop the Vaccination Services Equipment (VSE) activities across the Intertropical Africa region. As a key interface between local teams, strategic customers, and both Zone and Corporate teams, you will ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy the VSE strategy across the region and ensure achievement of business objectives. Lead, support, and coordinate VSE Specialists (agents) operating across the different countries within the region. Build trusted relationships with key customers and provide high-level technical support. Participate in strategic negotiations alongside commercial teams.

Manage activities related to vaccination equipment, hatchery services, Ecat iD solution, and digital hatchery/data-driven service solutions. Define and monitor KPIs, ensure regular reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver technical and scientific training support both internal teams and customers.
