Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm or 9:00 am-6:00 pm depending on season, Saturdays as needed depending on occupancy Location: The Retreat at Walnut Creek Apartments 1300 NE Parvin Road Kansas City, MO 64116 Responsibilities: -Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants -Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities -Lease vacant apartments to new residents -Renew leasing contracts with existing residents -Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts -Assist property team with marketing efforts -Participate in community outreach for brand awareness -Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents What We Need From You: -High school diploma or equivalent -6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service -Yardi, Rent.

Cafe, CRMiQ experience a plus -Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Exceptional organizational skills What We Offer You:
