Position Overview

We’re seeking a Leasing and Marketing Specialist to support our South St. Louis Region . This role drives leasing performance, conducts market analysis, and supports property-level marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue. What You’ll Do Establish and engage in a proactive, team-centered approach to working with all operational and marketing team members, including Regional Managers, Assistant Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Regional Marketing Directors.

Develop property marketing plans and offer suggestions for change Conduct market surveys and recommend rental rates Support leasing teams through training and performance tracking Report leasing metrics to Regional Property Managers Assist with property marketing and digital advertising Collaborate with on-site teams to improve occupancy and resident engagement Ability and willingness to work on property as needs arise.

What We Offer

$50,000–$55,000 per year with bonus potential Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance for less than $50 per month for an individual 401(k) with company match- 3% or $4,000, whichever is greater Paid time off & holidays starting Day 1 80 hours PTO in year 1, 120 hours years 2-4, 160 hours 5+ years Sabbatical program after 5 years: choose between 3 weeks paid leave or a bonus equal to 2 weeks' pay Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply Free apartment at site employee works at, or $1250.

00 rent discount at any Monarch property after 10 years of service Annual raises up to 5% What You’ll Bring 2+ years of apartment leasing or property management experience 2+ years of marketing experience (real estate or multifamily preferred) Proficiency with Craigslist, Facebook, and other digital platforms Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills Team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor Willingness to travel within the North St.
