Purchasing Agent

The Purchasing Agent executes day-to-day purchasing activities and serves as the primary administrator and control point for the organization’s purchasing card programs. The role processes purchasing transactions, supports internal customers and suppliers, documents competitive quotations, maintains procurement records, monitors card activity and reconciliations, and helps ensure purchases comply with policy, delegated authority, and financial controls.

The position works closely with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, cardholders, and the card provider.
