Director of Palliative Care

This position is responsible for providing leadership over the palliative care team, ensuring the coordination and satisfaction of patient and family care. This position is also responsible for providing leadership to both community-based and hospital-based palliative care programs. Is responsible for the daily clinical operations of the palliative care program and executing strategic objectives to grow the program.
