Director of Quality and Compliance

This position is responsible for all aspects of the quality and compliance program for the agency. This position will coordinate all Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities for the agency. This position is also responsible for performance measurements and analytics, customer reporting, policies and procedures, tracking of patient and family concerns, accreditation preparation, coordination of satisfaction surveys, integration of quality improvement processes and compliance monitoring oversight.

This position will also be responsible for the creation and performance of the Annual Compliance Plan in conjunction with the President and CEO.
