Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end cocktail bar or restaurant Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and modern mixology techniques Ability to maintain consistency, presentation, and quality under pressure Excellent communication and guest engagement skills Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local regulations Ability to upsell and enhance the guest experience
