Per Diem LPN

The Town’s nursing facility, Our Island Home, seeks a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to assist in providing direct patient care to the residents of Our Island Home.

Requirements

The nurse shall be currently licensed in Massachusetts and must be in good physical and mental health. Completion of an accredited nurse licensure program or if licensed by waiver, he/she must comply with regulation of the MA Department of Public Health. Prior work experience in a long term care healthcare filed is preferred.

Must be able to lift and/or move objects no less than 50 pounds. More intensive physical effort may be necessary to assist with residents when needed. Fluent in English. Work is performed in...
