Salesforce Lead

Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience: 4–6 Years Location: Noida (Work From Office) (Update if required) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flow, and Salesforce integrations .

This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components . Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications following best practices. Build and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs , JSON , and XML .

Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes. Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and system performance using debug logs. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices. Effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple countries and business units.

Work as an Individual Contributor (IC) while supporting the team in achieving project goals.

Required Skills

& Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong programming expertise in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Salesforce Flows Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .

Good knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits. Experience with Salesforce integrations using: REST APIs SOAP APIs JSON XML Strong understanding of Salesforce customization and configuration capabilities. Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience working as an Individual Contributor (IC) in Agile development environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders.
