What You'll Do

As a Long-Term Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and quality of life of our residents by: Monitoring resident health and assessing changes in condition Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately Providing skilled nursing care and support with daily living activities Offering encouragement, comfort, and emotional support to residents and their families Documenting resident progress and maintaining accurate medical records Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Updating care plans and helping ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies Responding to resident needs with professionalism, compassion, and respect What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a caring and dependable nursing professional who brings: Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A passion for serving older adults The ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment A collaborative, team-oriented approach to resident care Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, geriatric nursing, or chronic disease management preferred Why Join Ridgecrest Village?

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an LPN in Iowa. Nursing experience in a long-term care facility is preferred. Pre-Employment Requirements: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment physical exam, TB screening, and drug testing, as required for healthcare personnel under applicable regulations.
